Good location. The interior was modern and nicely renovated, which created a pleasant contrast to the building’s exterior—quite old and visibly run-down. The bed was clean, which I appreciated, though it wasn’t as cozy as it appeared in the photos. One downside was the noticeable humidity in the apartment, which made the space feel a bit damp.

the entrance is shared with another apartment, and the main entrance door doesn’t close properly—it doesn’t have a proper lock, which didn’t feel very secure.

Photos don’t fully reflect the accomodation. Kettle but no mugs or tea bags. Couch has stains and shower water lukewarm. Mezzanine level room super low and hit head a few times. Got quite cold at night. Overall felt it could do with a really deep clean.

Staff provided extensive, reliable information about the car park.

The apartment is definitely overrated! It stinks of mold right from the doorstep. There is no good ventilation, so there is mold in the bathroom and kitchen. There are many things that need to be fixed (for example front door, crooked wardrobe). You will hit your head on the ceiling on the mezzanine even if you are 160 cm „tall”. There is no railing on the stairs. Forget about hot shower. The water is just warm enough to wash ASAP. The floor in the bathroom is all wet after shower, because there is something wrong with the shower glass. There is no proper heating (no instruction how to use the gas heater), so it was freezing even in May. The air conditioner and a small heater in the bathroom weren’t enough to make the temparature just ok. There is almost no daylight. The apartment is on the ground floor in the courtyard close to the entrance to the building. One window overlooks the stairs leading to the upper floors, so you can hear everyone going upstairs (especially at night). The neighbours are loud. What's even worse, the owner did absolutely nothing to change things that previous guests complained about in 2023! The sofa is still dirty. There is still no dish drainer or chopping board. There are still no hand towels in the bathroom and kitchen. There is still no broom or other things to keep the apartment clean during your stay. You better look for something else, even for a short stay.

The apartment is slightly in need of some upkeep but is lovely and in a great location. It would be helpful if they left the WiFi code somewhere and instructions on how to use the heater as we had to contact them for both of these issues. The heated rail in the bathroom just doesn’t work and because of the lack of airflow our towels didn’t dry ever in the three days we were there - side point, more towels would be very helpful as only one towel each and no hand towels given. The kitchen looks nice but is very under stocked, we got there and there’s no glasses, no mugs (therefore not sure what the kettle is for), no sharp knife or chopping board so using the kitchenette is impossible. Also there is a weird stain on the couch but the bed is very comfortable.
