Excellent breakfast, beautifully cooked, with a good variety. The location was also spot on, we could walk into town easily and also down into Bowness in a matter of minutes.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like.

The location was in a quiet residential area, but easily accessible for public transport. It was only a short walk to centre and a reasonable walk to Bowness on Windermere. Breakfast was fantastic, good choice, freshly cooked and better than any top class hotel

Liz and Graham where really welcoming and made us feel at home! Room was spotless comfy and had everything we needed! Great location and fantastic breakfast! Will definitely be staying again! Highly recommend!

Liz and Graham always make us feel like home. They took care of us well and gave is good tips to explore Windermere. The place is great and clean. It’s not far from the city which makes us easy to travel around. Bus stop is just around the corner. Highly recommended!
