The property is owned by a lovely couple, who are very helpful and accommodating, the house is very clean with on suite in the rooms, towel kettle tea and coffee also in the rooms, a tv also if you really need it. The property is in a great location, minutes from the main street and railway station. If you need a bus, they are nearby to. Take an easy half hour walk down Bowen-on - Windermere.

Loved how homely and friendly the place was Liz and Graham so very helpful and knowledgeable about the area , felt like we had know them for ages , breakfast was amazing definitely go there again

Hosts were very informative and friendly and make you feel at home, the room we stayed in even though quite small wasvery clean and cosy and bathroom was also very clean and modern, i would definitely visit again if my wife and i ever go back to visit lake Windermere again!
