Liz and Graham was so genuine and friendly. Gave us ideas for walks and country pubs to visit in the area. The breakfast was lovely. Such a welcoming place to stay. Great location in Windmere and short walk to Bowness. Close to bus routes also. Would definitely book again!

The hosts liz and graham could not be more accommodating from the minute we arrived to the minute we left, every occasion we saw either of them they were happy and polite and always stopped for a chat.....they made our trip so worthwhile and nothing were too much for them...we could not recommend this place anymore they were PERFECT!

"Weekend Break in the Lakes"

Welcoming, friendly hosts Liz and Graham. Very knowledgeable of the area and lots of helpful guidance on things to do. Breakfast was excellent with good quality produce. Rooms spotlessly clean and cosy.
