Seaton, Devon, two bed apartment, just off the sea front.

Good location.good to have 2 bedrooms.

Tiny bathroom.The appearance going up the outside steps & the entry to the place is very dirty & needs cleaning up.At first I thought I was at the wrong address as it was a deterrent. Inside was clean .

The location was excellent (two minutes walk from the sea). Nice towels (and lots of them), and lovely individual beds. Though small, it had everything you needed and it was perfect for a two nights stay with sunny weather. It was very easy to contact the host for any questions we had and she was very helpful. And the price was very competitive, comparing with other options in the area.

As other guests have already pointed out, the access to the flat (through metal stairs) is not great. It is on a pedestrian road, so you have to park in one of the local carparks (we used one that was 5 mins walk from the flat). We found the double bed mattress quite uncomfortable (and the curtains in the double room were not blackout). But for a short stay for a family of four (with tween children) it was perfect.

Very central location. Adequate size of rooms. Can suffer from some street noise.

Common areas inside and out need cleaning and tidying up. Overall the apartment is a little tired and needs a spruce up and some areas addressing.

Warm well presented and clean inside.

Noisy neighbour for the first day. Car parking for second car had to be paid, but no space in long stay car park so paid for short stay car park. Entrance and alley way not very clean.
