Very cozy, quiet, and well-furnished flat, close to Waverly and the royal mile.

The biggest annoyance were the single use shower gel satchets provided, quite hard to rip open!

"Great property but needs more responsive customer service"

The location of the property was excellent, and the rooms spacious and comfortable.

My communications with the property manager was limited to texting only. I had several issues that I needed to resolve prior to arriving, but the communications were slow and inaccurate resulting in miscommunication at midnight on the arrival day, a missed night in our accommodations at an additional expense of £175, and a trip to the property management company the next morning to find the correct property which had been mislabeled on the website (instructions cut and posted to a different property which made it appear the keys didn't work).

It's a large, 2 bedroom, 3 bath apartment, in a nice location in Old Town, very near the Royal Mile. Plenty of towels and supplies. Nice and quiet.

The check-in process was not convenient. We had to pick up the keys at a train station about 8 minutes away. Also the beds had worn, lumpy matresses.

Tuvimos problemas para encontrar el sitio de recogida de llaves porque indicaban una dirección que no existía, tras varias llamadas y mensajes, imposible contactar con el alojamiento.Muy mala gestión con Joivy. Quiero agradecer a Booking su gestión dándonos una solución, porque tampoco consiguieron ponerse en contacto con ellos.
