"Very nice clean and close to the sights but beds hard and keys challenging to obtain and return."

The apartment was very clean and close to all the sights. Plenty of room for everyone with the extra bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed and more.

Beds were very hard and difficult to sleep on for some. Getting the key and returning it was very challenging. Only one set of keys so always had to be together. Three keys to get into the apartment.

The location was good, well equipped kitchen, fair size rooms and parking.

Having to find where to pick up keys to accommodations and then get parking pass at another location. They need to have a lock box or something so you can access from the local and also leave the keys there.

The location is terrific.

The property is need of maintenance. The smoke detector was removed, hardware was falling off doors, there are broken puck light fixtures in the kitchen that should be replaced, one of the shower doors was ill fitting and could not be closed, no paper products except toilet tissue were provided, the doors hiding the fridge make fridge access difficult and cause frosting of the wall behind the fridge.

"I practically lost 30% of my stay because of the issue I had during the arrival."

The property was comfortable in terms of beds, sofa as well as kitchen utilities.

The biggest problem is the key collection on the arrival. As soon as I booked, I requested if early check in was possible. I was informed to check on the day of arrival and hence was hopeful. On the morning of checkin, I checked, I was informed to do online checkin. In the online check in it was suggested to use stasher facility. I had never used that facility before and didn't realise that it has to be pre booked. I looked for stashers closer to my propoerty and each of them denied as they don't have availablity. The closest stasher was so far away that it wasn't realistic option suggested by the property. I gave up and waited for the message that we can check in. Based on that message, I went back to Key store that was mentioned in online check-in instructions. But they said I have come to wrong property as the booking.com key store instructions is in royal mile. I went now to royal mile location, and they asked for 6 digit code which wasn't shared before, When I asked for the same, the property now said my online check in didn't get through(almost 6 hours after I did the check in). I couldn't redo the online check in and had to send an email. Post that I got the key code. But, key store was incorrect and I have to return back to waverly station to collect the keys. I was practically treated like a ping pong ball. I collected the key and reached the property based on the map direction. Unfortunately, it led to back of the property and none of the keys worked. The pictures also didn't match. We were struck and didn't know where to go further. Luckily one kind gentle women who was passerby noticed this issue. She described that many people have faced the same hardship and showed the front entrace which was not straightforward to figure out. By this time, the whole day is lost and everyone in the family was exhausted. I have tried many bnb places across multiple platforms and this has been worst key collection process I have faced.

The location is excellent. The properly is spacious. Enough space for a family. Has three bathrooms which is nice.

The elevator wasn’t working so had to carry the bags up and down three flights of stairs. The key pickup and drop off area is about half a mile away so takes time. The fact that you have to drop off the keys on checkout takes extra time especially if you’re leaving for a morning flight.

"Good apartment bad arrangements"

Clean room all facilities appropriate

Collection of keys and parking permit and return of keys. Had to spend 10 pounds for car parking while collecting keys from Waverley Station. No key nest location available. It's basically a luggage storage area who keeps the keys. I was also not given code that's required while collecting keys. I had to call customer service few times to collect the keys.

"Great apartment and will book again"

Location was great, beds comfortable Property was very clean

Key pickup address was wrong so had to call and then walk to the new pickup. Only one set of keys, for an apartment that sleeps 6 people, one set of keys isn’t enough - no lockbox
