Great location. Walkable to the famous tourist attraction and train station. It's a quiet neighbourhood, felt safe too. It is clean and has many facilities. We enjoyed our stay there.

The instructions to get the keys and open the door are unclear. The photos of the apartment attached to the instructions are not the one we're staying in, which was confusing.

The location was the only decent thing about this place

Oh man, where to start!? I was sent to the wrong location for key pick up, no apartment number was given to us so I had to call the company three times to find the damn place and then when i finally got in, the bathrooms had mold eveywhere. The beds are rock hardvas well if that's important to you. So disappointing!

Lots of space, having bathrooms per room is also quite handy. The apartment was really well equipped and clean. The location is pretty convenient and easy to access

"Poor customer service and very poor initiatives re keys to a property"

Location and parking and that’s it !!

Picking up the keys from a location away from the apartment , WHY not use a lock box !! Then we had to return the keys to the same location bloody stupid . Had a broken window which we advised in our check in nothing done about it . Would never ever use this organisation again

It's location is convenient for a city trip.

3 different places to go when arriving by car. First the office to take a parking permit, then train station to collect keys and finally the apartment. A key safe at the property would be much easier option. Also parking permit is better to leave at apartment to minimize need to go to the office. Also information on booking.com and on property website were different. It was confusing. Also I would recommend to include flat number and optionally floor number as "Flat 6, 2nd floor" in all information. "4/6" means different things in different countries.
