JOIVY Old Town Apartment with Parking Close to Royal Mile

Great locstion, great facilities, great rooms and beds.

Not easy to keep the room doors open. Can't find any laundry liquid or powder.

Location was good

Poor communication for key collection and apartment location. The instructions to collect the keys were not clear and the photos sent to me to clarify the matter were incorrect - the photo of the key location and the front door of the building were wrong. Also, once we found the building there was no indication of which apartment the keys fit. I had to ring the office a second time to get that information.

The location was fairly good, not too far from the attractions and Royal mile.

There were 5 of us, 2 couples and a child. The two double beds were not of equal size, one being significantly smaller than the other. A queen size vs a small double. You cannot properly fit 2 people on a small double. You cannot claim this place to fit 5 people. 4 maximum (1 double and 2 single beds).

Location was great and the rooms were very clean. Glad it had a lift.

Pickup of keys at train station was convenient because we arrived by train. Leaving we left by air and returning keys to train station was inconvenient. A lock box would have been better.

Run around to get the key and return. Repair work still ongoing when we arrived. Problem with the heating. Getting old and rundown.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Also a very good location.

Knowing the exact location of the key nest. Tell future guests the left luggage office is adjacent to platform 2,then they aren’t wandering all over the station.
