"Overall we all enjoyed our stay we would return we found it clean and comfortable"

Was lovely to gather for a friends birthday, hot tub was lovely and big nice and relaxing there was plenty of facilities to use very well equipped

Only downside was the noise of the road but that can’t be helped

The sofa beds need to be abit more comfy as they come apart so maybe upgrade the sofa bed so it’s more of a bed but other then that very good place to stay will go back

You could not get details how to enter the house until noon of day of arrival. Property is managed by rental company, impossible to get through Booking.com to the rental company to inquire if lock box code could be sent before noon as we we had a long drive for the holiday and didn't want to rely on a text message/email while in route. The house is directly on main busy road with lorries shaking house and noise was very bad. But what really ruined the stay was the number of unnecessary emails/text messages from the rental company that almost feels threatening. Once you confirm booking the rental company then demands another £200 deposit, which is not mentioned via Booking.com. In addition, there is a huge list of "don't do" that you must agree to, and this is sent multiple times before stay begins, it is sent day of arrival, and at 9pm on the dot it is sent again to warn you to stop making noise outside if using hot tub. The number of text messages sent to inform you to follow house rules (there are a lot!) and stop making noise or you will lose your deposit ruined our stay. I would not recommend.
