Metro Chandler Extended Stay - Cozy 1 BR

Room was quiet, no bothers. Didn't see all the facilities.

No elevator, can't climb stairs. Was hard for me. N the night staff was talking so softly, I couldn't understand what she was telling me. Wish it was cheaper to do month to month.. n no vending machines.

Had potential. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom nice enough the roaches just did me in big and small so infested the building we were in was and it didn’t have all the things it claimed on the website.

Room was roach infested. First in the walls in the bedroom then the bathroom kitchen area they were everywhere. When booking it stated patio there was none. The app could be good but none of the remote buttons for the doors worked. Sent text nothing had to call to get manual code for doors.

The bed was comfortable Good space

Hallways very very stained and dirty Had 2 TVs and neither was watchable, reported it and nothing done. The cabinets had dirty dishes done with rancid food in it. Did not feel safe outside after dark. Marijuana smell throughout I went and bought cleaning products to clean the room. There was 4 reservations that was my family and was told 4 days before check in that the 3 rooms were side by side and the other 2 were the same one floor below. We were in different buildings. Very not impressed

Nothing. I was very disappointed by this hotel option. I needed to rent a space for my tenant while the construction was happening at my house. She got there and refused to stay because of roaches, mice droppings, and mold in certain places. It was a horrible process to get the door code and had to reach out to support.
