Great location

The facilities badly need fixing and updating - The ensuite shower did not work properly, the toilet seat was broken. There is lots of wear and tear on floors. The pillows were old and clumpy. Also, when we arrived there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

Very spacious and modern 5 mins walking distance to bars and around 15 to the town.

Originally booked a year prior with parking included to then be told a day before our stay we had to pay 15 for parking when it should have been honoured as that was included in the price we paid. Also the windows don’t open in the property so it was hot and we had no fresh air. The rug also in the front room was not hoovered.

Spacious apartment, with easy access to Norwich and the train station. The bathrooms were modern, the beds were comfortable. All in all a great stay.

We could not connect to the WIFI the whole time we were there. There did not appear to be a router to connect to. I sent a message but did not receive a reply. Also no terrestrial TV channels available on the TV. There were no dishwasher tablets, so the dishwasher had to be left with dirty dishes inside when we left, and the only kitchen cleaning cloth was a well used sponge. Sofa could do with a steam clean.

Inertia was modern and fresh looking. It was spacious, bright and airy. Perfect location to be within walking distance of everything. Parking for 2 cars. Attentive host.

Bathrooms smelt a little musty/damp as no windows and the extractor fans didn’t appear to be connected to the light switches(?). Dishwasher was out of salt & rinse aid. No oven gloves found.

The property was very spacious, clean & tidy. It was good that there was parking available, at an additional cost. We were a group of friends staying to attend an event, so it was nice that one of the bedrooms had an en-suite.

The only fault was there was no tea/coffee facilities, so had to leave the apartment in the morning to get this.
