Lavish 4BR Apartment in the Heart of CPH by The Canals

This unit was in the perfect location and walkable to everywhere we wanted to see. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect. Central Copenhagen all within walking distance and very close to the canal. The main living area was comfortable and generously proportioned. Light and airy. Kitchen was decently equipped. The property itself was clean and the linens were fresh and there were extras as asked for. Loved the coffee shop right outside the door to the building.

The layout with the only bathroom off the kitchen and a bedroom was very awkward. At night those in other bedrooms had to traverse a public hallway to get to the toilet. Crib was not able to be placed in a bedroom and was in a main entryway, so not usable. Bathroom was extremely small and a complaint about a toilet seat about to come off its hinges went nowhere with the managing company. Windows need cleaning! Also, some window latches did not work. The in common hallways not clean. Construction debris in the lobby. One bedroom overlooked the garbage area which was strewn with garbage and recycling as the bins were overflowing. Bins were always full during our 4 day stay. There were no separate recycling containers in the unit itself and we were told to just put everything in the garbage and the cleaning staff would separate. That was untenable and did not work. Basic items like dish liquid for handwashing dishes, and paper towels, salt and pepper had to be purchased on arrival. Could use some printed material as to operation of the appliances and guidance as to restaurants and attractions in the area.

Access to the apartment using a digital lock, no keys - very comfortable. The location of the apartment is really great. There is a café in the basement, great for breakfast.

Only one very small bathroom for 4 rooms so potentially 8 person

Location is excellent, could not be better located. Lovely cafe outside the front door with the best coffee in Copenhagen

Layout of the property leaves you walking through a bedroom to the kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom is just too small.

The property is in an amazing location and within walking distance of most things. The property was decorated nicely and had most of what we needed with fresh bedding and towels. It was clean when we arrived and easily accessible.

One of the rooms (with the bunk beds in) is more of a cupboard and very cramped/hot. The mattresses on the beds were a little on the thin side and therefore a little hard. From about 5am every morning there was a lot of noise which sounded like bins being dragged about which disturbed us every morning. The bathroom and kitchen is only accessible by going through one of the bedrooms and this disturbed whoever stayed in that room.

Fantastic Location, clean, spacious and comfortable.

I think the apartment could be rearranged to introduce a second bathroom. It may be at the expense of the small bedroom but would make it so much more attractive.
