Lavish 4BR Apartment in the Heart of CPH by The Canals

Only a couple of days before our trip I was advised that our original booking was going to be changed to another apartment. I had originally booked a 3 bedroom apartment for 6 people, the new apartment was only 2 bedrooms and we were expecting to use a sofa bed. When I raised the issue I was told I’d receive compensation. Since our trip a few weeks ago I haven’t received anything and my messages are being ignored.

Disgraceful customer service.

In general everything was good. Specially there was a slight leakage of water in the roof about which i informed the owner and he will maintain it now

The properly was in an excellent location, very central and had plenty of room for 8 girls sharing. There was also a large open living space which was lovely

Our stay in the apartment was great! Although we were 9 people and we had to share one bathroom everything was great! In the heart of Copenhagen, full of heat and hot water , we had a marvellous stay at the apartment ! Thank you very much!
