The property was very central, close to the station and restaurants. The owner, Massimo, could not have been more helpful and checked in daily to ensure everything was going well

Everything was spot on

This little apartment was centrally located to everything, a short walk to the water and to the train station. The best part of this stay was Massimo. He was very attentive to every detail, recommended excellent locations to eat and even wanted a heads up when I was in for the night. That was priceless for a solo traveler.

Fabulous location, walk to marina, train station and local market. Massimo recommended local restaurants and attractions, he was very attentive.

Stylish, spacious apartment with balcony, well equipped and comfortable and a welcoming and helpful host.

The area is lively but we found it quietened down at night and it didn’t affect our sleep.

We loved everything. The area is lovely, very close to all shops and restaurants. The apartment is big enough for 2 people, it has everything you could need. Our host was very responsive and kind for every advise and questions which we had.

Beautiful apartment placed in the middle of a heart of La Spezia. Very comfortable, modern and with a very sophisticated style. All the bests bars, restaurants are in 1 min walk distance. 5 min walk to the beautiful harbor. The owner of the apartment Massimo, it’s an amazing man. Very open, direct and helpfull on every question you have. He shows you all the bests (not crowded) local restaurants, places to visit and best transport tips (which are not so obvious). He takes care about you and your comfort since a first minute you come to La Spezia (24h/day). We spent there 7 days and there was an amazing time, full of sightseeing, nice trips, tasting delicious local seafood with wonderful wine. We are more that happy to visit that place and meet Massimo! See U soon there again;)
