The property is excellent situated, in the core of the city, 10 min on foot from the central station and 5 minute from port. Itself, the property is very beautiful on the second floor of an old building, with ample spaces and full of amenities you would need! But, more, the owner is a gentleman who will guide you and “sell” the best places to eat, stroll and visit! He waited us at the central station with his Mini convertible and packed us with all luggages and drive to the apartment, in order to have time to reach the last boat to Porto Venere!!! 🎩

Very spacious apartment in a central location. Hosts incredibly helpful from check in, to recommendations and assistance during the stay. 100% recommend. Stayed with my husband and 1 yo daughter. Great base for exploring the region.

the property was beautiful and clean, walking distance to everything you could need and the host gave us so much help with recommendations and booking dinner reservations- will definitely recommend to family and friends!

if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs as the street below can be a bit noisy in the morning

Nothing - way better than we expected.

Great apartment located in the Center of La Spezia. It’s just a short 10-15 minute walk to the train station to connect you to all that Cinque Terre and the surrounding area has to offer. I stayed here for 6 nights and worked remotely during part of my time here. Great wifi connection and good quality air conditioning. The bed was like a cloud!!! So comfortable! The kitchen is equipped with espresso and everything you need to cook. It has a nice balcony to enjoy some drinks on. Nicolo and his family were very hospitable, I was picked up and dropped off at the train station, as well as given many tips on places to eat and things to see. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My stay was from Sunday-Saturday, the only minor issue is a bit of noise from the street. During the weeknights there was no noise, the only time it was bothersome was on Friday night. I suspect Friday and Saturday nights would be the same with people going out and partying, it’s only natural they be loud in the streets. All in all it’s such a minor issue to me and I would absolutely stay here again!
