Beautiful apartment in the centre of La Spezia! Massimo was the perfect host suggesting wonderful restaurants and making reservations for us! Could not have felt more welcomed!

We liked everything!

A very good apartment right in the centre of town - a beautiful old building with high ceilings, large windows and shutters. The apartment is on the second floor and there is an elevator. It was so well equipped and very clean - everything from a Nespresso machine to bedside lamps with phone charger pads. Best hotel/apartment mattresses ever - even the sofa bed was big and comfortable. Massimo was extremely helpful right from the beginning to the end - he allowed us early check in, gave us lots of advice on places to eat etc, and even organised taxis for us. It is not a quiet location as you are in the centre of town but the bars and restaurants do not stay open very late so it did not disturb us.

The location of the house was right in the center and within walking distance to all locations. Our purpose was to be a stop for the "cingue Terre" trip. It is close to both the port for the ferry and the station for the train. It is within walking distance to all cafes and markets. I can say that it is right in the heart of the city. The owner of the house helped with all the details from providing parking for the car to the ferry ticket offices. The cleanliness of the house was very good. The house has Netflix and wireless internet.

everything is very good, everything met my expectations

The host was extremely helpful and was available to answer all our questions, the location of the property was perfect, right in the heart of La Spezia. The apartment had all that we needed for our short stay there.

If we would have stayed linger, a washing machine would have been nice to have.

Location is very good and Massimo was very nice and help us with all we ask, giving us good advices.

First of all, amazing host! Location is perfect, really easy to get to ferry and bus to Lerici. About 15 min by walk to train station. Beautifully furnished apartment, very convenient and clean! Super comfortable bed.

Very good location and most of all the friendliness, helpfulness and attention paid to us by our host! Nice spacious apartment with all amenities.

Just a little effort to find the building/apartment on our own BUT our hist was waiting and on-call the whole time. Well done.
