Frinton45

I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, but Frinton 45 BnB genuinely deserves one. I pay attention to finishes and detail, and everything here was beautifully thought through and finished to a really high standard. The room felt carefully designed rather than just put together. It had everything you would need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, there were robes provided, I actually slept really well — which is unusual for me when staying away from home. What started as a relaxing trip to escape the London heat and spend time at my beach hut with my dachshund Olive turned into a bit of a nightmare when I realised I’d forgotten my keys. Annie was so helpful and made us a lovely cool drink with an early check in. Paul was amazing and went out of his way to help me sort things with a hardware store, to sort the lock and even helped look after Olive while I dealt with everything. Really thoughtful hospitality from genuinely kind people. I’d absolutely stay again. It was home from home!

Beautiful property in an excellent location, spacious rooms and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, the linen pristine, the towels and everything in between were wonderful. The breakfast was superb and very professionally cooked and served.

Really lovely place to stay. The owners were so welcoming and really treated us. We stayed for our wedding night and we were impressed with the room. In the morning they made us a lovely breakfast with so many thoughtful extras! Thank you, recommended.

The property is beautiful. Everything has been thought off, so everything you need is catered for. Super comfy too. We had a courtesy call before we arrived, check in was perfect and the hosts were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

We liked everything about our stay at Frinton 45. We were made very welcome with our little dog. The accommodation is beautiful. Comfortable and tastefully decorated. The breakfast is exceptional. A handy location, close to the esplanade, shops and restaurants it was everything we wanted for our trip, and more. Look forward to returning in better weather to enjoy the outdoor area too.
