★★★★★ Amazing stay, absolute East Bali gem We stayed for 4 nights, and this place was simply amazing. The location: 10/10 The hotel & facilities: 10/10 The staff: 10+++/10 It was everything we hoped for and more. Sitting by the pool, relaxing while taking in the breathtaking views of Mt Agung, was truly special. A special mention to our driver, Suesta (I hope I’ve got the spelling right!), who was incredibly knowledgeable and made a fantastic guide throughout our stay. The staff were exceptional. I had a small accident during our trip, and the care and support they showed was absolutely outstanding. We also dined at the restaurant and were really impressed — the food was delicious, and we appreciated learning that the owners ensure produce is cleaned using filtered water. It’s those thoughtful little details that make all the difference and turn a holiday into a genuinely memorable experience. We will absolutely be back.

Dit was zonder twijfel ons beste hotelverblijf ooit. De setting van het hotel is chique en bijzonder rustig, duidelijk gericht op volledige ontspanning. Het eten was uitstekend. De kamers waren ruim en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Het zwembad was groot en bood een prachtig uitzicht over de omgeving.

Dat we slechts één nacht hadden geboekt, was achteraf gezien veel te kort. Met pijn in het hart zijn we vertrokken.

Dies war die schönste Unterkunft auf unserer Bali-Reise. Das Personal war unglaublich herzlich und zuvorkommend. Alles ist sehr persönlich und sie bemühen sich, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Anlage ist ein wunderschönes Paradies mit viel Grün und Ruhe pur, mit Sicht auf Vulkan und Reisfelder. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Preis-Leistung sehr gut.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen, man braucht einen Driver um irgendwo hinzukommen. Früh morgens hört man den Gesang der muslimischen Muezzin über Lautsprecher. Mit Ohrstöpsel (vom Hotel bereitgestellt) geht es aber ganz gut. Das Licht im Badezimmer ist sehr dunkel. Tagsüber gibt es aber schönes Tageslicht über die grossen Fensterfronten.

The villa itself was really good and stylish, and the hotel overall is amazing and perfectly located. Breakfast and Dinner were delicious. The staff (specially the ones at the restaurant) were incredibly kind, helpful and competent, and made us feel like at home.

Все идеально. Волшебные виды, комфортная вилла, вкусная еда и самый лучший персонал! Останавливались тут второй раз и обязательно вернемся ещё.

Не к чему даже придраться.

Мы забронировали виллу для съемки, мы снимаем фильм про Карангасем. Нам не разрешили снимать на территории, даже в номере с трудом дали разрешение и ограничили время всего на 1 час, это абсурд просто

Einfach perfekt! Unbeschreiblich herzliches und freundliches Personal, das jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abliest. Ich habe direkt nochmal verlängert und werde bald wiederkommen. Die schönste Unterkunft, in der ich je war. Service, Spa und Restaurant lassen keine Wünsche übrig.
