Beautiful little thatched cottage in a lovely village. Great instructions for a shortcut on the drive time provided and useful information about parking. Lovely to have a roaring fire on a weekend winter getaway. Fully equipped kitchen and ample room for our stay. Beds were very comfortable and there is a big annex in the garden too. Nice walks and lovely pubs and farm shops nearby.

The hot tub didn't stay very warm, perhaps needs a service, but that is the only down side!

Maybe a step edge strip heading into the kitchen so you do not trip up them....especially for the older generation

Lovely character cottage in a great location near Lulworth cove. It suited our party to have one of the bedrooms in a garden room although probably not for some. I left some clothes by mistake and Philip kindly sent them to me for which I am grateful. Lovely fruit cake left for us which was delicious.

We feel just having a few cups and plates would have been helpful in the garden room to avoid having to go to the main house. We were a bit confused by the bin/rubbish instructions and there didn't seem to be the bins available as listed in the instructions.

Fantastic property. Hot tub was the icing on the cake. Bed was super comfy too. Phillip was an excellent host. Very accommodating.
