Superb thatched buildings - and so nicely connected with the little quaint garden with hot tub and huge beautiful grill!

A lot of the cups were cracked at the bottom one of the mugs was chipped .The kitchen crockery was poor and old. Although a email stating stairs were not good for older or disabled people even my 50yr old niece struggled. The cottage shower was not clean and the shower screen wasnt either. The sink was clean but the bathroom was not up to standard for the price we paid. Its a shame because the location was excellent and the host was friendly and we had a lovely local fresh cake on arrival I appreciate the age of the cottage has its difficulties but the windows were so dirty .The hot tub was ok as was the garden and outside furniture.

Lovely quant cottage, great main kitchen and large rooms. Loved the hot tub! Good local pub a few steps away. Lovely garden to sit in. Dorset apple cake a really nice touch and handwritten welcome note from Phillip a lovely touch too :) Fantastic shower in the annexe and very comfortable beds in all rooms. YouTube on the main TV which everyone loved! Great to have a large BBQ available to use with gas supplied too.

Loved the annexe which had a coffee machine, kettle and coffee pods / tea bags / milk pods - but no cups, spoons, mugs, bin… so had to take these back and forth each day. Not a deal breaker but a little confusing I suppose? There was only one working plug in the annexe that we could access, which we had to use for kettle, coffee machine, small fridge, hairdryer, phone charger, etc… Also, didn’t anticipate quite how low, the very low doorways were, so we had a few bumped heads over the weekend. Finally, the milk ledge in the fridge door was broken so didn’t dare use it for fear of losing the orange juice, milk, wine (!) over the floor. None of these issues were deal breakers or ruined anything at all, we had an amazing weekend!
