All of the beds were broken and the couches. Parking was almost impossible with small driveways . Stranger came by and was asking questions to our kids. Garage door was broken also.

Sofa broken.

The house itself was nice however the furniture is all broken and most of it is not usable.

On arrival the toilet seat was broken, completely disconnected from the bowl. None of the photos in the listing matched the property. And there were barely any cooking utensils or equipment. All of the furniture was broken, couch's have no padding and beds have broken slats and sides. It was that bad that I had to go and buy airbeds to use over the couch's (which are meant to double as sofa beds). My daughter fell through the end of her bed due to broken slats, which I had to then try and fix. We were given a partial refund but even this does not excuse the poor quality of furnishings. When I spoke to bookings.com they didn't seem concerned that these people are continuously ripping people off and had no interest in removing the property from their site.

I like that we slept and could shower. It was however relatively tidy.

The couches were broken with one being held up with a brick, the washing machine had shattered glass on the door and shattered more when you closed it, the garage wouldn't stay up so couldn't park in there, the hosts never once responded to my queries.

The bathrooms are modern. Wardrobe space and hangers provided. Location was good.

Communication was slack. Every other accommodation I've booked with booking.com once the payment is received the host usually reaches out with the check-in process. I had to chase up the check-in process. Upon arrival, the apartment was not as expected. The washing machine door glass was shattered which meant we couldn't use it. The host could've let us know. That was one of the only reasons we picked this apartment. The couch was being held up by a brick and was like springs and wood with a sheet covering it. It actually looked and felt like they had made it themselves. They've previously commented to say they will fix this issue but they actually haven't. There were ants all around the lower floor toilet/lounge room/kitchen area. I messaged the host immediately to inform them and received no response. It was quite disappointing. There is no air-conditioning or fans upstairs so it's quite hot. The wifi has a bad connection which makes the TV not work. The bed's slats kept coming apart and we needed to keep putting them back in place. The room is okay if you're not planning to spend time in it. The garage is a tight squeeze. Sometimes the neighbours park in front of your apartment.

Location, cleanliness and space

The couches were shocking and broken and very uncomfortable, lack of chairs for the dining table. Lack of utensils and pots.
