There should be a reception if the number keypads on the doors fail as often as they did during my stay

First impressions last. There was a junkie sitting on the doorstep. Walking in, the smell of staleness was very evident. No towels for anyone. Something I wasn't advised beforehand. One shower was freezing cold. The other, the shower head I had to hold as it wouldn't stay on the pipe. Really not fit for purpose. I do not recommend!

"The room was in an unacceptable condition. It was dirty, with outdated and soiled bedding. Blood stains were visible on the bed sheets, and loose hair was scattered across the bed surface.

Nothing no WiFi

There was tea coffee sugar milk and a mug but no bloody kettle the window wouldn’t close

Room clean and tied
