A same team at home

Upon arrival the "b&b" was in need of work for sure. But for one night it would have been ok.

We had booked 2 separate rooms, my friends room had been double booked. So we had to go and pay a ridiculous price elsewhere. We got hold of the booking agent for our rooms who had agreed we'd be refunded on both rooms. I never got my refund, despite not staying there and informing the owners on the day. Therefore this review reflects the issues.

It had a loo on the landing

The building wasn’t secure, the front door access code wasn’t as it didn’t lock anyway. I couldn’t get into the room. I found the paper instructions for the access on another door but that didn’t work. I phoned the contact number and received no help. I left without even entering the room. Not suitable for a lone female traveler.

The old dirty house .the feeling of being transported to 1979 in a poor family home .ie depressing. It felt like a punishment ie my cell.
