I love the location, as well as the security.

Nothing, really.

"It was ideal for my working trip in Southampton. It’s not luxurious holiday accommodation but it did the job for me."

5.0

It’s in a good spot and a very reasonable price.

It’s so cheap it seems cheeky to complain but it could do with a lick of paint, new carpets and thicker towels.

Was there for two nights I asked house keeping to restock supplies , they did not main curtain was hanging off the rail, i reported it on arrival and the next day but it was not repaired, I was in a room facing the main road, I serious breach of privacy not appropriate at all especially as I sent photos and was there for two days not offered a refund or change of room mattress poor quality I expect a curtain that can be closed as a bare minimum

Just the room security

Used beddings were left for new guests to use. Pillow case was smelling,I had to remove it and used my shirt to wrap the pillow to use.

"Only stay here if you are really desperate, you could end up sleeping on the street!"

1.0

Wow that was an experience! Turned up and entered the code I had been given to unlock the door, but the door had been double locked from the inside. Eventually by knocking on windows and going though a side gate I managed to get someone to let me in. I phoned the contact number I was given, that went onto an answerphone, telling me how to get in via a locked gate and though a kitchen. I got to the room, which was clean but very basic and the bed was threatening to collapse. The night was punctuated with drug addicts arguing on the street and other desperate guests trying to get in and have loud conversations with other hotels trying to find alternative places to stay. I was later told that the lock had been broken for days and had not been fixed.

Really dodgy location. Broken front door lock. Poor customer service. Rickety bed
