room was exceedingly hot all the time no kettle or towel temperature in shower near room freezing

there were no towel, no shampoo. I left my shampoo in the bathroom and is stolen by the stuff probably, so I should buy a second one. The one bathroom had only cold water and the other one only warm.

It was an affordable bed for the night.

No kettle in my room The light outside my room went on everytime I turned in bed. It could do with a makeover and the bed was very squeaky! I dropped something under the bed and it was dirty.

I chose this to be near to the station for the bus and the train and obviously budget

No kettle in my room. To be given by a tray a cup and tea coffee sugar but have to go to the communal area for my first cup of tea! Water didn’t drain in sink dropped something under bed wasn’t particularly clean Pillow was so flat I used my clothes to bolster it. Wasn’t sure who was staff or who were residents on arrival ? Kitchen was not to my standard at all.

Le prix était très correct, hôte accueillant. Thé, café et lait en quantité.

La propreté des lieux et des équipements. Wifi non fonctionnel, serviette non fournis, l’isolation (phonique et thermique), lit qui grince beaucoup.

I was supposed to take room 18 but there was a problem in the locker so it didn’t open and they need to fix They transfer me to room 2 in an adjacent building which wasn’t clean at all and the sink there was blocked , no cup provided Room 18 was en-suite but room two wasn’t It wasn’t my fault that the lock of the door wasn’t working, I had a horrible night and the bed wasn’t comfortable
