Oceanfront 3BR/2BA, Ocean Reef, Waterpark

It was very clean cozy and homie

The Tv was not easy to work and no information was available on the guide and the remotes didn’t make since hard to understand for a couple of grandmothers

The property was very accommodating. The Host Josh was very prompt when I reached out. Very spacious and stocked with all of the necessities for my family and I! Everything was great.

No complaints

Overall condo throughout was covered in mold. The smell when you first entered was not welcoming. Refrigerator shelf was broken, master bedroom sliding door does not lock, curtain for main sliding door also has mold on it. Towel rack in bathroom was missing.

Beds were comfortable, view was spectacular, easy access to everything.

Gift shop and restaraunt were closed during our stay. Elevators were constantly out of order.

The resort part was excellent

Had a few issues but I talked the the owner about it.

The location was perfect!

The apartment smelled of marijuana. They tried to use car vent clips to help with the smell, which did not work. We found a whole pair of pants under one of the single beds, which makes me believe that the apartment wasn’t properly cleaned. Pool bands were not available.

Había mucha tranquilidad, no hay problemas entre inquilinos y fue un lugar seguro para la familia ❤️. La habitación estaba cómoda y tiene casi todo lo que necesitas para la estancia.

Lo que no me gustó que mis sábanas no olían a limpio, tal vez se confundieron con las del inquilino anterior y que las piscinas tenían algo de suciedad en las orillas. Pero sobre todo sería bueno si el horario de check out fuera un poco más tarde.

I really love the family orientated it environment the rooms were great and the privacy you had was a bonus. Will be coming back soon

There's really nothing not to like

It was really clean and the smell of the facility was so fresh!

The only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t always have the small kids water park attended.

The place wasn't clean there where no comforters on the bed and the blankets that where in the closet was dirty had to wash them and had to go buy blankets to cover up with
