"Всё сломано и не работает."

Арендовали обе комнаты, 1 и 2. С самого начала был сломан чайник и при включении в сеть пропал свет (выключило автоматы) в комнате 1. Потом принесли новый чайник. Не работали телевизоры в обоих комнатах. Не смотря на напоминания, телевизоры так и не починили. При связи по WhatsApp оператора очень плохо слышно. Микроволновка в комнате 2 не работала (не грела). В комнате 1 не было горячей воды. Приходил сантехник и два дня ремонтировал бойлер. В районе гостиницы очень грязно и шумно. Утром кучи мусора и бомжи. Сам дом находится в плачевном состоянии. В подъезде на подоконниках лежат шприцы от наркотиков.

The area it was in.

There was no hot water, the room was absolutely freezing, and the bathroom door did not fully close.

A localização era muito boa. Zona segura, próxima de transportes públicos e de atrações turisticas.

O aquecimento da água do duche e do alojamento estavam a funcionar muto mal. No dia da entrada não tive água quente e o quarto estava muito frio. A nível de roupas estava mal equipado, não havia toalhas de mão e os edredons da cama são muito pequenos.
