Ground floor, loads of space

Windows were very dirty, cobwebs everywhere and not finished painted bedroom. Electricity went off completely twice. Sofa is very uncomfortable

I liked that they offered free parking but without electricity it just wasn't a viable option for me

Honestly I couldn't really experience much of the property since there was no electricity. It was hard to get a feel for anything in the dark

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. The staff on the phone were excellent service 10/10. Thank you for your great service. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily come back again.

The blinds were letting in too much light and that it didn’t feel 100% protected to outside people. The sofa wasn’t comfortable. WiFi wasn’t plugged in when we arrived and when we did plug the WiFi box back in, it didn’t work so I had to put my hotspot on to use the tv. One of the employees calls me at 10pm for information that was already completed. The people in the complex was very loud, we stayed two nights and they woke us up each morning at 7am so we could have a lay in.

Price would've been reasonable if there weren't so many faults. Location in terms of proximity to central Birmingham was ok, however it's quite a delapidated and unsafe area.

I booked this property based on its positive reviews and promises of a clean, comfortable, and secure space. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. The property was not impeccably clean as advertised — there were visible marks on the walls, sideboards, and sofas, making the place look poorly maintained. The blinds are inadequate, especially in the bedroom where you can see straight through them even when lying down, offering no privacy at all for a ground-floor flat. Inside, it was extremely warm, yet the bedroom windows cannot be safely opened due to the lack of safety latches, meaning anyone could easily push them open from the outside. This is a serious safety issue, and with no fan or air conditioning provided, the property had no proper ventilation, raising further health and safety concerns. The listing also falsely advertises secure parking. The main gate is always open, and the main door to the flats cannot be locked, allowing strangers to walk in freely. Combined with the fact that the surrounding area feels unsafe and quite dilapidated, my family and I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe throughout our stay. I raised all these issues with the host, especially since previous reviews had mentioned the same problems, but nothing was done to resolve them. They offered to move us to one of their other serviced apartments, but these were around 10 miles away, which was not suitable or practical for us at all. Overall, this property is misleadingly advertised, poorly maintained, and not suitable for families or anyone concerned about safety or cleanliness. I would not recommend staying here until these issues are properly addressed.

Property was very clean, the hosts were really helpful. It was quite spacious as well more spacious than I expected it to be.

The bathroom lock was a bit faulty and locked, not on the other side there is a part missing. The shower drain was also blocked and I had to manually unblock it myself so that the water wouldn’t overflow. And on the day of departure all the electricity went out but it was working perfectly fine during my day. It was just the morning of my departure however I did speak to staff member and they let me know they would look at it.
