Great location in a quiet residential area - only 15mins from NEC by car. Very clean, cosy & comfortable. Good facilities. Great communication from host. Would stay here again if visiting the NEC for an event. Thank you

"Worked for us but would be cramped for more than 2 visitors"

Location was ideal for our family visit.

Needs new frying pans, both were terrible. No kitchen paper towels, nowhere to dry laundry. No instructions for turning on oven/stove top.

"Very nice, comfortable and had all we needed, well equipped."

Provided our own breakfast. Location was perfect for NEC.

We had no issues with the property or location. If there was one issue I didn't like, it was the neighbours next door having arguments in the morning and when we arrived, walls are very thin.

Very nice tidy appartment easy to find,good parking and quiet nabourhood. Bathroom and shower was amazing.

Not alot just a bit anoying no vapeing but we just kept nipping out side.
