We didn't get into the apartment in the evening to sleep as neither Booking.com or the owners gave us the code required to get into the building. After ringing the building Manager and another contact i had established earlier nobody answered the calls. Luckily I had my car keyes so we had a herendous night in the car as aposed to wandering the streets all night. Subsequent attempts to get answeres have so far failed. Ver y poor customer service....will someone please communicate back with some answers ...thanks James.

Always clean. Comfortable and ideally located to the city centre. Friendly, approach able, accommodating staff. Nothing is too much. Great price as well

Not enough towels for amount of people booked in. Half a roll of toilet paper If you’re not tech savvy not clear how to gain access

Nothing as did not stay here

The fact that they overbooked, there was a Scotland football game on that night and I was the one got bumped if you like. A single female on her own and was told this upon arrival. They did find me somewhere else to stay but very scary as the town was so busy and I am don't know my way around

Near to the event that I attended

I booked for 5 people ,the bed and sofa bed is only good for 4people.Not enough pillows.
