Location

Stained bed linen, dirty freezer, broken door handles, shower tray blocked and took ges to run out so couldn’t open the door. No toiletries or tea/coffee facilites. Poor communication. Generally dirty.

Apartment is modern and a good size

The app door entry is confusing It’s only for the main hotel door and not for your room

The appointment looked good

The sheets on the pull down bed were not clean and broken handle on bathroom door so couldn't lock door

The location was good for us being close to the ferry terminal

The dishwasher was full with dirty crockery so we couldn’t even have a drink as everything was dirty

The room was really big and modern Location was really good

It took an Hour an half to get into our room no one was about, the number on the desk no one ever answered they offer a early check in but you can't arrange it as you can't speak to anyone when you walk into the building there was a spa at one side that didn't have a clue about rooms in the building an a dentist at the other side that sent me back out side an round to a different bit, for them to send me back round . I was calling the number all the time while doin this no one seem to no anything about anything I got told it was a man called Alex that I needed to speak to but no one new his number or where he could be then as I was just to look for somewhere else to stay a lad came down the stairs an took us to our room .Dishwasher was really dirty I was looking for a cup to have a coffee an they was in side the dishwasher un washed an with what looked like sick allover them . Plug in the shower was blocked an smelly TV kept going off

I liked the location and the parking space.

I didn't like the bed, it was sinking in one side, and I could feel all the springs in that mattress. The pillows were also horrible.The bathroom had a leek, it had water on the floor. I informed Daniel, who ignored me, and only replied the next day. The toilet paper was on ration, we only had a little bit. I didn't like the noise of what I think is the waterpump, going on for the whole night, not allowing us to sleep. Also, they left the water heater disconnected, so we only had hot water in the morning. In the kitchen, all the plates, mugs, etc were in the dishwasher, and they weren't even clean! He said that there was tea and coffee. The coffee must be in that jar for over a year! It's like a rock! I won't come back, and I wouldn't recommend to anybody! Definetely, DON'T go there! I give rhem 1 star, because we're not allowed to give zero! Horrible experience.
