Brand new Apartment with Extra Sofa Bed, air conditioning, 15 mins to Alki Beach and Downtown Seattle and 19 mins to SeaTac Airport

The futon was not comfortable.

Clean & roomy facility.

Very flimsy almost useless toilet plunger. “2 extra sofa beds” sort of a joke.

The property had a nice open floor plan. Spacious, laundry facilities and comfortable bed. Easy and clear instructions on how to to access property.

Property wasn’t as clean as we would like. Various candy wrappers were strewn here and there and there were lots of clumps of hair on the floor in varying colors! Red, brown and brunette. Definitely could not be barefoot in there! Also, property is located next to a homeless camp and both evenings we watched from bedroom window someone try to break open fence to adjoining property.

Well stocked and carried some essentials.

The ac unit was not enough to keep up with heat wave.

Cute decorations, well organized, well equipped. Comfortable, clean. Building seemed quiet and secure.

Building halls a bit messy- but that is probably not in control of the owner.

The property was nice it felt very cozy felt like it was our house very nice

The only thing that kept us on our toes was the neighborhood it was very sketchy and also the internet was very bad made the tv lag a lot couldn’t enjoy watching a movie without it lagging. The upstairs neighbor had children that would run up and down and stomp their feet at night which would wake me up at night

Apartment was very clean and very well stocked. Very thoughtful of people's needs.

Going up the flight of steps. And too far away from the waterfront. There was a misunderstanding from host to me about the code to getting in. She emailed me the wrong code. And I have a problem getting a hold of her. How to turn my text for about half an hour. Then only answered one another tenant from the same old called her. But every other time I try to get a hold of her she didn't answer text.

Die Küchen-Ausstattung war prima, aber es fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine. Das Bad war sauber und völlig in Ordnung. Es gibt im Wohn-Küchenraum auch sehr viel Platz. Mit dem Bus ist man in einer knappen halben Stunde in Downtown.

Die beiden Schlafsofas waren extrem unbequem und man hatte bei beiden das Gefühl, auf harten Stangen zu liegen. Es wäre wirklich gut, diese auszutauschen, denn als Erwachsener bzw. Heranwachsender, wie im Fall meiner Söhne, ist das Schlafen sehr anstrengend.

There was a washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc. Everything was there. Security was good but it needed to be because it was a “dodgy” neighbourhood.

Couches were very uncomfortable. The common areas of the multi unit property were dirty. Loud neighbours.
