Stay @ The Old Bank, Burton on Trent

Great location. Plenty of parking spaces. The Studio apartment is modern, with good appliances. Brill hot shower.

Beds were uncomfortable. when you turned over you could feel and hear the springs. Wifi wouldn't connect.

The apartments were very clean and had all the facilities we needed. Easy parking and also very close to the train station. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Nothing .......perfect for our stay

Easily accessible and decorated nice

This has definitely been done on a budget and it shows. Whilst decorated nicely the beds were not comfortable and I could feel every spring. The sofa bed was very small and the single bed sounded like it would fall apart when you turn over. It wasn’t cleaned properly upon arrival and there was obvious previous damage to the sofa.

Not a lot, poor communication re check in. Before we could access the property had to pay an extra deposit to stay and go re damage which we were not advised of on the Booking.com website. We had to do this upon arrival at the property awaiting Stay and Go bank details to gain access. Shower broken Did not like all the stairs leading to a second floor apartment. Only one exit route down these stairs. Would never stay here again
