La amplitud y la terraza

Las camas eran incómodas, el sofá-cama estaba sucio y no habian sabanas para dormir encima. La tapa del WC estaba rota. La terraza llena de colillas en el suelo. Las puertas de los armarios estaban rotas. No habian toallas cuando hicimos el check in aunque nos las dieron mas tarde. Por la mañana temprano, alguien de mantenimiento del edificio nos despertó porque tenían que arreglar algo del marco de la puerta de entrada de la habitación.

I liked that they provided essentials like tea bags and the pool table was a nice touch

Nice location and good things inside apartment eh pool table, tv with wifi and 2 bathrooms.

Few damages and didn’t get cleaning fee refunded as needed a cleaner upon arrival to clean full apartment

Unclean and exceedingly poor staff behaviour

Cleanliness was very poor , dirty in every room, stained furniture, cig ends outside , very poorly looked after which is a real shame as could be a lovely flat

Previous reports were not as bad as made out

The location

The apartment wasn't like it was on the picture and it was dirty and not what I was expecting. We had weed all over the pool table when we arrived and the chairs outside was broken and smoke duds was left all over the floor there was stains on the sofa bed and there was wet towels left in the washing machine on are arrival it said there was 2 sofa beds in the living room but was only one so we was left to blow up a air bed that was in the apartment for my son to sleep on very disappointed
