В целом к отелю нет претензий. Номер отличный, душевая размером с комнату.

На ресепшене объявили 150 долларов за ночь, когда я им показал, что забронировал за 78 долларов на букинге начислили какие-то допы и выставили 92 доллара. Не стал разбираться, ту было уже поздно.

Because there were not enough guests the dinning did not have the buffet during our stay. This was extremely disappointing because the one reason we chose Malu Malu was for the buffet.

Nous avons dû partir une journée plus tôt que prévu et l'hôtel m'avait assuré que la troisième nuit me serait remboursée. Ils n'ont pas tenu parole et me disent que cela était non remboursable. J'ajoute que je leur avais adressé un mail avant notre arrivée, mail auquel ils n'avaient même pas répondu. Très décevant tant au niveau des démarches que du respect envers le client. Nourriture très moyenne, infrastructures passées et usées... Bref pas grand chose de positif. Nous voyageons bcp et les étoiles au Sri Lanka sont probablement en carton...
