The property was exceptional. The owners Andrea and Felix had gone to so much effort to make the stay enjoyable. Their attention to detail was extraordinary. The location was also excellent for us a first time visitors to York.

There was nothing not to like about the experience!

"A great stay in an excellent ground floor apartment."

Great apartment in a very good location. Everything you could want was there even small things like a first aid kit and umbrellas. The bed was super comfortable with comfy pillows. Delicious goodies left for us and a special treat as Andrea knew this was a special occasion for us.

Nothing to dislike.

"Overall a great comfortable stay just a shame about the noise from the street"

The location for the city centre was great with lots of cafe’s and restaurants near by as well as a Tesco. The apartment was immaculate with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The beds were very comfortable with good quality bedding.

The noise from the street was really loud in the livingroom and in the main bedroom all the way through night. It seemed to be a location for people being dropped off and picked up for nights out. Soundproofing wasn’t great. Also the signal on the TV was poor but I suspect this may be a receiving issue and could be fixed.

"Will stay again if visiting York."

The location was ideal with a few minutes walk to the centre. Great for restaurants and sightseeing. The owners thought of everything and made sure that we were able to use Netflix etc. Shower was great and beds comfy. Thank you for the later checkout, which worked well with our train times.
