Not good atmosphere and verry dirty fellows and heavy bad smells and wrong update in Google

Our experience with this villa was extremely disappointing and felt like a total scam. The place looked nothing like the pictures, and most of the amenities listed were either missing or not working. The beds were damaged, the AC wasn’t working when we arrived, and the shower water would frequently stop while using it. The TV was already broken, but when we tried to use it, the worker accused us of damaging it and demanded ₹9,000 for a new one—completely unreasonable and unfair. Even the worker himself admitted that the owner is rude and difficult to deal with. No complimentary services were provided as promised. Overall, the stay was a nightmare. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

And very close to beach only 1 Minutes walking distance .and villa inside nice garden.. Sitting area ..... Car parking area Stay good ....in gray villa my family very enjoy .😍😍😍😍😍😍 .

The rooms were spacious

Firstly the checkin process was super bad. The caretaker didn't allow us to even sit in the room untill we gave the payment, fill in details in the register and submitted ID proof, as if we will run from that property even after payment the half amount as advance. Washrooms were stinking, even we call the host and the caretaker sprayed room freshner but after sometime it again started smelling. Rest this is not a private property if you are booking for 2 rooms. This entire villa will be yours if you take both ground and first floor and the host didn't informed us. Pool was not clean at all. You can get better property withing same price range.

Not at all very horrible property not even think to stay in my nightmare owner is so irresponsible that she can’t able to pick up our called for any conversation before our stay so we changed our mind and booked hotel next door,with the name of Swimming pool they have old tub once you reached at property

Not a single think is good at property from staff to owner all are fake

Nothing is good to like in the grey villa.

Breakfast wasn’t available in my package. When we arrived at the grey villa they didn’t even serve us a water bottle. There’s always the problem of water shortage. And about the swimming pool it’s doesn’t even look like a pool it’s more like a big bucket with water and to enter in it you’ve to climb a portable stair to get into it. The rooms have a lots of mosquito. And the owner after receiving the amount, never pick up the call. Kitchen and washroom are so unhygienic. Our holiday got ruined because of this hotel stay and if you wanna stay in the hotel just have a look of the rooms, washroom and the Kitchen before booking the hotel. The swimming pool isn’t private, it’s sharing pool!!
