- The room was stocked with provisions that were complimentary (eggs, cheese, bread and butter). So a random snack didn't need us stepping out. Pretty unique to other b&bs - The location is pretty close to several fine-dine restaurants as well as lesser-known beaches. There are opportunities for kayaking in the river. - The staff was kind enough to send us a long list of activities that we could try while we were staying there. - Pet friendly place. This was the main reason we decided to live here.

- Housecleaning is to be done separately and sometimes that is harder to plan (as opposed to a daily house clean or a hotel) - No provision for laundry (for longer stays) - Parking is a little problematic given the small lanes and number of residential cars around. - Walking your pet could be a little problematic because there are too many strays too.
