Lovely property in a really idylic location, Astley was an excellent host who was very welcoming, Astley’s Lemon Drizzle cake was banging!!!

Perfect location and friendly host.

Astley, the owner was lovely and welcoming with fresh baked cake and fresh milk for tea/coffee on arrival. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh eggs from Astley’s chickens Bed was superbly comfortable and bed linens luxurious Shower was good pressure and temperature Everything was very clean Good WiFi Garden with lovely views of the sea easy parking

Astley is a one of a kind host and we can't thank her enough. The BnB and the area was spot on.. clean, comfortable and treated to the most amazing breakfast in the mornings. Astley gave us the best recommendations on things to do each day around the Lynmouth and Lynton area and outside of it, if you fancied an adventure to the next town. I highly recommend booking here.

Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice of cereal and the cooked breakfast wad very good.

We were happy with the facility

Everything was perfect for our stay. Our host was so friendly and helpful, the accommodation was beautiful with a cosy room, comfy bed and tasty breakfast. The view from the front bedroom is wonderful and I enjoyed sitting with a cuppa watching the sea view to relax. Lynton is only a few minutes down the hill by car but we also enjoyed a good walk from West Lyn Farm across the fields and down to Watersmeet and then to Lynmouth. I will definitely be looking to stay again in the summer months.

Everything. There is nothing to dislike, our whole weekend was amazing and a big part of that was having such a super host and beautiful place to stay. All the little touches made such a difference.
