Accommodation was great, we had the sea view room which was very comfortable with a modern shower room. The location is perfect with views of the countryside with the sea beyond. The property has an outside terrace for guests to use. Lovely for an evening drink or a takeaway. Astley is a very welcoming, friendly host who has lots of suggestions for things to do in the area after you have enjoyed a lovely breakfast.

Beautiful Shepherd Hut. High quality decor. The views from the hut/garden are amazing. Astley was lovely, so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed breakfast, the view from the property was brilliant and the B&B was very definitely dog friendly :-)

Had a lovely stay here at West Lyn Farm. Astley was a lovely host along with her springer spaniels who were adorable. Watched the sunset from the gin terrace which was beautiful. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again in the future

Outdoor terrace, views and hospitality were all great. Astley was excellent, she would do everything she could to make our stay special.

Distance from restaurants and cafes, but offset by owner helping with alternate arrangements

We loved everything about our stay here. The setting is beautiful, the rooms are a delight, and Astley provided and wonderfully warm welcome, helping us to feel at home.
