This property is filthy unchanged beds - bedding stained with god knows what, hair and filth in the kitchen - messaged to speak to property but no response/acknowledgment - escalated to booking and still no contact - awful hosts and worst communication , I have never stayed in such an awful property!

Pleasant stay in two bed apartment. Clean, good location for O2 academy. Priced at £180 for four people on Saturday night reasonable.

Shower didn’t drain fast and glass didn’t have plastic beading so leaked on the floor.

To collect key was very easy

the apartment block had a horrible smell, cupboard overflown with rubbish and dirty bin bags. we were close to vomiting. the shower in the en suite bathroom flooded so we couldnt use that. half of the heating did not work. dirty towels in boiler cupboard. fridge was turned off on arrival. we was told we would have a terrace, there was nothing. blinds with gaps in so anyone outside could look in. most awful stay ive ever had in amy accomadation. very upset about it

In my opinion I would have liked to have better beds, the bed bases were all collapsed so felt like u were falling through holes and the mattress’s not that comfortable. Broken blinds so didn’t feel like we had privacy being on ground floor. The en-suite shower flooded the bathroom floor , if this is sorted It will be perfect :)

Amazing location, easy to check in. And had an extra bed which we didn’t know was going to be there! Bathrooms were gorgeous. Very spacious apartment

Quite unclean (some hairs in the bed and all had dirty socks from walking around without shoes on). Beds and pillows quite uncomfortable but for the price, still great

The best thing in this apartment was a bathtub where children loved to spend their time while we were in aparment. Location was also good, only about 10 minutes walk to center of Birmingham. Staff were also kind and ready to negotiate about some things. Key was easy to collect and return, intructions was also good to get to the apartment.

Beds were uncomfortable to sleep on. Sofa also felt like its going to brake so we didn't dare to use it. So... That meant a lot of denial that small children won't go to the sofa.

Nice high quality bedrooms with extra room and the kitchen/lounge facilities were comfy

We collected the keys from aa kebab kiosk near the apartment block which was a bit strange There only 2 bath towels provided for 3 adults. The shower flooded the bathroom due to blocked drainage we had to use one of the towels to mop up the water, so my husband and I didn't have a towel. The kitchen surfaces were greasy. The whole apartment smelt musty and we found bags of dirty sheets and towels in the airing cupboard. I phoned the landlord but it went to voice mail so left a message about the lack of towels, flooded shower and dirty kitchen. He did not get back to me. I am very disappointed as booking.com allocated me this accommodation as thr landlord of mypreviously booked accommodation informed me 2 days before travelling that the property had been sold! This alternative accommodation was of a poor standard and we were all very disappointed with the quality of this apartment.
