"Quick stay ,"

Location good for centre

Very uncomfortable, Not ideal way to collect keys to go to local kebab house which is down the road. Parking isn’t great but was lucky to find one in end. All appliances was all off when we arrived even fridge which isn’t ideal, Heater in hallway didn’t work, Tele was set to polish on Netflix so couldn’t change the language. Loud as can hear cars all night from the road.

"Pleasant"

Location was fantastic being so close to the theatre and the apartment looked secure. Despite the guy who handed over the keys having no idea where the apartment was we managed to find it ourself using the email details.

Cleaning wasn't the best and the sheets we unpleasant as they were worn. The apartment was cold and there was zero warmth in the shower despite doing as the instructions stated. Also the sofa bed was broken so couldn't pull it out and the bed slat was broken so the mattress sank through.
