NEW LUXE Birmingham City Centre - 2 Bed Superior Apartment - with Netflix

One of the beds was a little uncomforatble which I think was due to a problem with the base.

Management issue where we were placed in the wrong room, then forced to move our stuff while we were in a big group and we’re out. Situation not handled well and a huge inconvenience to the trip

I liked the facilities in the flat as well as the ease to get in and the location

No real curtains led to very bright rooms

It was clearly mentioned the check-in was 3 pm. As I travelled a lot and booked my accomodation via booking.com, this is the first time I was refused to have an early check-in. I mean even less than an hour. There is a fee of £20 every hour whether early check-in or late check out. I mean, is that really the way it works now. Even a little consideration. I went back to the collection point 2:45PM, and the man told me I need to wait for 3 PM. Just 15 mins!!! I was so sad and frustrated with what happened🥲🥲🥲

Location was perfect. Could walk to town and the Utilita venue. Spacious and nice and easy to find.
