It was clean

Close to the city centre

Everything about the stay was great, apartment was lovely and clean and in a really good location. I canceled a room at a local hotel to stay as it seemed much better value for less money and was not disappointed! I had read some comments about the property being hard to find , so was quite surprised by how easy it was - upon booking i was sent a pdf containing all relevant information including pictures, this was really helpful and we found the apartment in no time.

There was some confusion over which apartment had been booked (our keys had been mixed up as one wasn't labeled) , this was sorted by the hosts within 5 minutes and we went on to have a great stay!

Property was good value for money and in a perfect location

Property was advertised to sleep 6 - 2 double beds plus a sofa bed. It actually only slept 4 - there was no sofa bed, only a small sofa. This meant one of our party was squashed on the sofa, and another had to share a double bed with 2 others - not ideal at all!

Air con wasn’t working and room was very hot. Everything else was fab!

It was decorated nicely and in a very good location for the town centre.

The communication from the Owner was awful. I had to call after standing outside for a while as the instruction pdf link that was sent wasn't actually a link so I couldn't get in. I then had to drag my children and cases across to a kebab "hole in the wall" to collect the keys as the owner couldn't have possibly brought them to me to help or be accommodating! There were piles of rubbish all over the floor outside too. When we finally managed to get into the apartment it wasn't clean. There was food in the microwave, dirty plates in the dishwasher, dirty toilets and lots of stains all over the sofa that were covered with blankets. There were 3 blind slats missing from one of the bedroom, so as soon as the sun came up the children were wide awake from the sun blasting through the big gaps. It was much cleaner when we left than when we arrived.

There was no hot water during the entire duration of stay .even after informing host no measures taken.. towel rails not working, heater in both toilets not working, insufficient toiletries

Very easy to collect the keys

It hadn't been cleaned, there was bits all over the floor and little bits of glass on the tv stand, it was absolutely freezing too.
