"A very relaxing location and good for exploring North Norfolk."

Very unique. Great decor and styling. Very peaceful and a good location for exploring North Norfolk. Lots of lovely places to eat within Snettisham village.

The veranda floor is on the verge of dangerous and the bench on the verge of collapse. We “cockled” over many times as did the dogs. It is beyond the faded weather warn beach style. If guests have small children there is a risk of splinters and injury. The house is so stylish and the exterior a real disappointment. A new table and bench and floor required. The table and railings at the front on the water also just look tired and neglected. The outdoor areas are such an integral part of the stay and should be as lovely as inside. Also a real lack of storage within. It is great to have an endless list of things available that you wouldn’t normally expect but too much of the Owners “stuff” means no storage. There could do to be some empty spaces for the guest to use.

Place needs some TLC. Too much clutter. Limited space for clothes. Dirty pots.

"Most wonderful, peaceful and idealic getaway. Surrounded by wildlife with the joy of beautiful sunsets."

It’s quirkiness and everything you could have needed was there. The hosts were as helpful as could be and the welcome pack was well thought out.

Maintenance of outside space, particularly by the jetty needed some attention, e.g. wobbly fencing and also on the back porch there was some rotting decking boards.

"A perfect place to stay and recharge your mind and body!"

This property is a little gem, hidden away to perfection. It combines luxury and relaxation, so peaceful. Darryll and Stephen are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble 💕. This is the second time we’ve stayed and we will definitely return.

Fantastic location and a wonderful cosy little cottage right on the beach - fabulous for long walks, bird watching and playing in the small lake opposite the house. Highly recommended for 2-4 people. Host very welcoming and helpful.

The kitchen is very small and stove and oven difficult to use.
