Fantastic location with vibrant restaurants and pubs. Close to city centre.

Slight smell of damp. Few walls need touching up and redecorated. Initially found it hard to locate but called host who was very helpful.

Can’t rate this properly as it was cancelled at the last minute due to Maintenance issues (which I’ve seen on other reviews of this flat) I was given a 3 bedroom house not too far from the location but it had no secure parking which was the main reason I booked this property and didn’t need 3 bedrooms for one person

Awful experience, they cancelled our booking 3 hours before check in. We had tickets to a gig in Belfast and were already on our way. I tried to call repeatedly but nobody answered the phone, I replied to their email requesting them to call me but nobody did. The refund hasn’t come through yet but it will not even cover half of the cost of what we had to pay for last minute accommodation in what was the ONLY option left in Belfast that night.

There was nothing to like. The property management didn't respond.

We Did Not stay here as we didn't get any reply from property after repeated messages and calls.

The house itself was modern and well equiped

I was contacted in the afternoon on the day of arrival to tell me the property I had booked required maintenance and would I accept a 3 bedroom property instead. This seems to be a common theme in previous reviews. Upsetting to say the least but already in the midst of our activities in Belfast I hadn't the time to research an alternative. When we arrived we had on street parking in a not so nice neighbourhood. House itself was modern in decor but clearly hadn't been hoovered properly with debris in the stairs. Pulled out nest of tables beside TV, these clearly hadn't been cleaned either with dirt and debris on them. To add insult to injury when we went upstairs we discovered the house backed onto train tracks. So from 6.30am in the morning to 11 at night the house vibrated with each passing train. It turned out to be a very stressful 2 nights, we specifically booked the apartment based on underground parking but with the on street parking we were out of bed with every passing noise to check on the car. It certainly didnt feel safe having a rep. Of Ireland reg vehicle in this area. I would highly advise not booking through here as it seems to be a lottery as to getting the property you actually booked. I was informed they manage over 50 properties. As I say it seems to be a common theme in the reviews. I will certainly be more careful in future. Offering a refund on the day of arrival is pretty useless when they have already debited the cost and have an additional damage deposit frozen on your credit card.
