Apartment was very spacious and well looked after. The owners were very helpful and provided detailed instructions to make check-in simple and easy. Hot water instructions were easy to follow and more than adequate, contrary to what I’ve seen in previous reviews. Plenty of provisions were supplied (towels, tea bags etc.) The air conditioner unit in the livingroom was a great little addition and helped keep the apartment cool. Location of the property was great! Can easily get around the city from where it is located. We parked the car at the NCP Blonk Street which was just across the street from the apartment which is 1 minute walk. We pre-booked for 2 nights which came at a cost of £13.90 which gave us peace of mind. Would happily stay there again

The sofa-bed in the living room is slightly on the hard side. The electric grill/microwave was confusing to use so would suggest a laminated instructions sheet in the apartment to help operate it. Bathroom was on the tired and could do with a little TLC but it more than did the job.

No handle on window rooms were really cold very dirty as well host was violent and threatening I even had to block his number and ring the police on him he then tried contacting me off 2 other numbers to try and fight me all because I raised a few concerns about the property and the state it was left in he then kicked me and my wife out on to the street at 10pm at night as she was crying he laughed at her and called me fat please avoid this place this man who owns the property is a monster

the bathroom clean. Need to mend the tap in sink. Shower very good

NOT ENOUGHT mugs only 2 and they had chips. The draw was dirty and mark. Had to wash things before use. some of wall need painting to cover the stains. flat need a good freshing up. People smoking on floor.

The views in the apartment were amazing. The apartment was set out beautifully.

Unfortunately there were stains on one of the bed sheets when we arrived. Thick dust and generally in need of a lick of paint. Parking was advertised as onsite for £4 a day but not true. Parking was available opposite the property but was £1.75 an hour. Advertised as including breakfast and not the case. No hot water! There was an immersion heater but no idea that it was turned off. Like the davinci code trying to turn it on with no instructions and despite messaging the host, there was no reply. We managed to turn it on for an hour but still no hot water so think there was a fault. Not ideal when travelling with a 5 year old. Strong smell of marajuana when entering the building and in entrance of room. Contacted host and response was 10% off next stay which was advertised in the room anyway. Website stated 11am check out and it was actually 10am but we left early and cut our journey short due to having no hot water. Such a shame as the property has such potential if a few things were rectified. We won’t be staying here again.
