Place was stunning close to centre ideal for a night out as we went for a wwe live event in utilita arena

No complaints really couldn't get keys due to not looking a paragraph sent by owner my fault completely

No hot water

A late booking which is normal for my work. Once booked then told I have to pay a £200 deposit I can't cancel the booking now or I will lose the £130 I've paid. I'm told to transfer the money. No bank link. My bank says info doesn't match could be a scam ( I've been scammed on booking .com 3 times before ) I'm then told put it in my person name I pay it I get the code we're in. It's not on the top floor it's not a penthouse No Terrestrial TV No towels Was told it's a smart TV. And towels would be delivered they never arrived to be told the next day when I asked for a part refund was told we don't have to supply them. Which is really helpful when I'm already staying and have no towels , shower screen hadn't been clean for weeks. The place needs some TLC

Great location and clean and comfortable.

Not enough toilet roll or towels and the communal areas were unclean worn rubbish in the halls and vomit in the lift.

Clean & tidy reasonable price

We were given the impression that there was on Site parking which was one of the main reasons for choosing the apartment, as it was we had to pay to park in the street.

Comfy, enough for intended purpose. They had milk and a little box of cereals. Toothpaste, these little added bits were nice.

The bathroom tap was a bit dirty.

The location

The bed in the bedroom near the bathroom very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs. My husband slept on the floor and I folded the duvet to sleep on. The sofa bed broken. No teaspoons.
