It was good value for money and walking distance to Ponds Forge for diving competition. Also not far to walk into city centre. It was a very clean apartment. Big tv and nice little open plan kitchen lounge area. Car park just over the road but felt dodgy walking to and from there in the dark.

We arrived to find a puddle on the bathroom floor due to a slow leak from the toilet. No toilet roll. None of the heating was on so it took a while to warm the place up from electric heaters. No heater in lounge / kitchen area so we put hob on to warm up! The heater in one of the bedrooms doesn’t work. The blinds don’t fully pull down so half the windows in bedrooms are exposed. So not ideal for a decent nights sleep! The shower in the morning was cold as no instructions were left as to how to heat the water first.

On my booking you stated parking was on site at £4 a night well we parked on site and whilst parking there we found to be locked in as there was no onsite parking and there was people fixing the roll down shutter he said we can’t get out unless the owner purchases a key fob then we had awful messages and phone calls of the owner it was very upsetting and my husband who has short term memory loss and he was really distraught so our to sons had to come from a family funeral to get it sorted the reason we were there was a funeral and your mistake made things even worse I suggest you edit the booking info

Location, layout, Modern ,everything we needed, very clean and comfortable,great comfy beds

Trying to locate the right unlock box to get the key to get in even with a photo as there were about 20 different lock boxes, So took us ages to work out how to find the key and get in!! Also no hot water for shower in the evening or the morning ...they were the only two things
